Delete your data
- Open Overleashed and go to Settings → Privacy.
- Copy your install ID.
- Email it to hello@ungovernablecorp.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
Overleashed has no accounts, so there is no account to close. The install ID is the only thing that links any record to your copy of the app, which is why a request has to quote it.
What gets deleted
Everything recorded against that install ID: all crash reports held by Sentry and all analytics events held by Mixpanel. We action it within 30 days and email you back when it is done.
What we keep
Only your request email itself, which is retained for 24 months as described in section 7 of the privacy policy. Nothing else is kept, and we store nothing about you outside Sentry and Mixpanel.
If you do nothing
The data is deleted on its own schedule anyway: crash reports after 90 days in Sentry, analytics events after 12 months in Mixpanel. A request simply brings that forward.
Uninstalling
Removing the app stops all collection immediately, but does not delete what was already recorded — use the steps above for that. If you reinstall later, Overleashed generates a new install ID, so the new installation cannot be connected to anything collected before.
