This policy covers ungovernablecorp.com, operated by Ungovernable Corp (“we”, “us”), and explains how we handle personal data generally.
Our apps are covered separately. Each one collects different things and carries its own policy:
1. Who we are
Ungovernable Corp is the operator of this website and the publisher of the apps listed above, and is the party responsible for the data described here. Write to hello@ungovernablecorp.com with any question or request under this policy. We aim to reply within 30 days.
2. This website
ungovernablecorp.com is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels or social widgets, and has no forms. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing is collected.
The page is served by Amazon CloudFront from Amazon S3. Delivering any web page requires your device’s IP address to be processed in transit; we have not enabled access logging, so no record of your visit is written or retained by us.
3. If you email us
Mail to @ungovernablecorp.com addresses is handled by
Google Workspace. We receive whatever you put in the message —
your address, your name if you sign it, and anything else you choose to
include — and we use it only to answer you.
We keep correspondence for 24 months so we can follow a thread, then delete it. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
4. What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use it for advertising, we build no advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other companies’ websites or apps. We do not use it to train machine learning models. We have never done any of this, and if it ever changes we will say so here and ask for your consent first.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose personal data where we are legally compelled to, or where it is necessary to protect the rights or safety of a person. If the business is ever sold or merged, personal data may transfer with it; we would say so here before it became subject to a different policy.
6. International transfers
Our providers operate data centres in several countries, so data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where it moves out of a jurisdiction that restricts such transfers, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. We apply these to everyone, wherever they are.
To exercise any of them, write to hello@ungovernablecorp.com. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you think we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children and collects nothing from anyone. Each app’s policy states its own position.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. A change affecting one of our apps will appear in that app’s own policy.
